BDC for SO Cancellation in SAP CRM

Hi Experts,

There is requirement for So cancellation in CRM(i.e: 3000 orders from excel file.), I have created a recording in SHDB T-code, But when we trying to execute in foreground or Background level, We are selecting Rejection Button and clicking any reason for action, But it's not capturing and directly saving.

Please find the attached files for BDC recording file and Screen shot for CRMD_ORDER status Tab.

Is any other method for mass upload for sales orders from excel or any BAPI would be reffered?
