Crystal Reports tokenized parameter for selecting multiple Item masters

From other entries in the forum, I understand that tokenized parameters in SAP Business One 8.82 and 9.0 have replaced Dynamic parameters in Crystal Reports.  I have successfully used the tokenized parameter PItem@select * from OITM.  My issue is that I need to be able to select multiple Item Masters, not a range of Item Masters.  Has anyone found a way to do this with tokenized parms?  I'm trying to avoid having to create a Static parm that takes a snapshot of the OITM values at time of parameter creation.
