The error message indicates a hierarchy with an overlapping time interval. Could it be a hierarchy which is not yet activated? Did you check the source system for any hierarchies with overlapping time intervals?
Please also review if SAP Note 1698858 - Error RH 167 when synchronizing hierarchies is applicable in your case.
