Hello Alok, I really wonder the purpose behind this. If at all you want to restrict certain users from entering results against these 3 characteristics, can't you do that through authorization objects? That could be the simple way

As per my understanding any MIC goes in grey field in QA32, if you are using DMR at characteristic level. Are you using it?
If no one is going to feed results against such MICs, these should not be the part of inspection plan either.
