lol, well we sure could use some excitement that is for sure. 
I added a courtesy link in my article after the paragraph that looked so similar. I can't say that I've been around since the start myself I had to dig up the old history on PowerBuilder. I was new in PB version 3 which was pretty impressive in its' day.
I recently did my first CVUO assembly being used in a WPF application and it was pretty simple so PB still has mustard left.
