The manager's start date is 01/01/2014 to 12/31/9999. As for the properties of the iView, it appears to be all in place the App. parameters LRF_ARQ_MODE=A and configuration name HRESS_AC_PTARQ_LEAVREQ.
Not sure which property you are asking to check. Anything specific?
